	Heater: Thermostatically adjustable heater.		Normal mode: Operates at fixed ultrasonic frequency.

1. Select and mix 2 quarts of biodegradable ultrasonic cleaning solution concentrate according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Add to the tank fill line and activate the auto degas function. This is required for all fresh solutions and takes 10 minutes.
2. Set the cleaning time and temperature according to cleaning recommendations.
3. Place carefully arranged parts in the cleaning basket (available separately) and lower them into the cleaning solution. Turn the unit on. It will start when the set temperature is reached

At the end of the cycle remove and inspect the parts, then proceed with further finishing or assembly. You should establish procedures to replace spent ultrasonic cleaning solutions and to clean the tank according to manufacturer’s recommendations.
