Easy to operate ultrasonic cleaning machines

The LR606 ultrasonic cleaning machines are very easy to use. Simply fill the stainless steel cleaning tank with the ultrasonic cleaning solution designed for the cleaning operation and turn the unit on. Let it run for about 30 minutes to degas the solution (necessary only when tank is freshly filled) and it’s ready for the cleaning cycle.

1. If heating is recommended, set the thermostat to the correct temperature.
2. While it is heating, place the products to be cleaned in the stainless basket (available separately).
3. Lower the basket into the ultrasonic cleaning solution, put the cover in place and set the timer up to a maximum of 60 minutes.
4. At the end of the cleaning operation, inspect the products then proceed according to established cleaning procedures.
