Ultrasonic cleaning solution temperature has a large impact on the ultrasonic cleaning process, which makes heated ultrasonic cleaners an important contributor to the thoroughness of the cleaning process. For many cleaning operations setting the temperature between 60°C and 80°C optimizes removal of surface contaminations. This is particularly true for degreasing operations. For such applications the Crest D075CR heated ultrasonic cleaners provide a real benefit to your business. (Note that cleaning efficiency actually declines at temperatures in excess of 80°C.)
The easy-to-use digital control panels on D075CR heated ultrasonic cleaners let you set the temperature from ambient to 80°C allowing you to match the cleaning solution temperature to recommended ultrasonic cleaning processes. Also under your control is the power output to deliver gentle to intense cleaning, thereby avoiding potential damage to the products in the cleaning solution. Further product protection is provided by the automatic sweep function to assure smooth, homogenous distribution of ultrasonic energy throughout the cleaning solution.
Digital Crest DO75CR heated ultrasonic cleaners are easy to operate and experience will make you an expert. All you need to do is select the correct biodegradable ultrasonic cleaning solution concentrate that’s recommended for the particular cleaning task. Dilute it per instructions, add it to the cleaner’s fill line and activate the degas function. While this drives off cavitation inhibiting entrapped air you can place parts to be cleaned into the basket (available separately).
After degassing is completed, set the cleaning time and temperature. Lower the parts into the sonicator bath and cover the unit with the lid. The automatic sweep function ensures even distribution of cavitation action throughout the bath during the ultrasonic cleaning cycle. When the unit shuts off check the products to be sure the job is satisfactory. Follow recommendations for post-cleaning operations
We’ll help you select the right sized ultrasonic cleaner, the correct biodegradable cleaning solution concentrates and cleaning procedures to get the highest productivity possible from your ultrasonic cleaner investment.
